Festive Greetings To All.

I would like to extend a very warm welcome to the new residents who have moved into Izinga Estate during the course of this year.

Izinga Estate is a managed Estate with approximately 2000 homes. The Estate comprises 6 phases which will become members of the umbrella management association Izinga Estate Management Association. Izinga Estate offers a rare and unique opportunity to live in a vibrant, diverse community, in an attractive and sustainable residential suburb. Each home shares a high level of sophistication and charm that epitomises the lifestyle of all living in Izinga Estate. The walking trails meandering the rehabilitated green open spaces provides the ideal place for jogging, power walking and viewing of birds. The natural amphitheatre offers a place where residents gathers for meetings, fun days and picnics.

We have great pleasure announcing that the developer has declared the development period for Izinga Park and handed Izinga Park Management Association over to the residents. I would like to urge all Izinga Estate residents to volunteer to participate in the affairs of their individual associations namely Izinga Phase I, Izinga Phase ll and Izinga Park Management Association. Residents can serve on different committees of the management association namely, security, finance, environment, planning and aesthetics and infrastructure maintenance. The chairman of each committee will then communicate directly with the estate manager in order to expedite matters. Let’s all work together and make Izinga Estate an even better place to live.

On behalf of Izinga Management Association, allow me to announce the retirement of David Jollands from the board. David Jollands has been a Director and a Chairperson for Izinga Estate Management Association from the date of inception. He has played a strategic role in leading, setting up, driving the management associations and Izinga Estate development as a whole. We wish David Jollands all the best for his retirement, may all his retirement dreams come true.

I would like to extend the very best wishes of the Izinga Estate Management Association team to all residents of Izinga Estate for the upcoming holidays and festive days.

May the melody and spirit of the holidays fill your home with love and peace.

I wish you all the best and a Happy New Year too!
